How much fun I've had and just how amazing my experience at UMich has been overall. It's really the people that do it for me, because the friendships I've made are unparalleled. Classes are very rewarding, but also really tough--when you've got close friends behind you for support, you can accomplish anything. I felt like I fit right in from the very start and made new friends so easily. Oh yeah, and let's not forget about the football! Go Blue!

Our school has top notch programs in the areas such as Business, Economics, Political Science, and Engineering among countless other subjects. Plus, we have the largest living alumni base of over 420,000 who are immensely successful in the areas such as politics, business, science and etc. Lastly, the Michigan Wolverines is the most successful college athletic department which produced some of the nation's top athletes: Tom Brady and Michael Phelps among others.

When referring to Michigan, I emphasize our tradition of academic excellence as well as our athletic competitiveness, or the Michigan Difference. I argue that their is no other public institution in the United States that is know for having the best college rivalry, or fight song. We are a public institution with such a proud alumni base, that a former president of the US played 'Hail to the Victors Valient' as he enters a room. Overall, Michigan's 400,000+ alumni emphasize why the 'Michigan Difference' is a force to be acknowledge when referencing the US's Leader and Best!
