UGA is a large campus with excellent learning facilities that can be made smaller by joining groups and getting involved.

The University of Georgia is a really friendly yet challenging school. If one wants to challenge oneself, there are plenty of ways to increase one's knowledge and dig deeper academically. Although stress is a factor and school does get difficult, the environment is not so competitive that it drives students off the edge. The facilities and services are very nice and convenient. I feel at home when I am at the school and I recommend this school to anyone. There are also very many social activities one can get involved in that there is something for everyone.

My school is a very large university with tough classes, a great football team, and a very active greek life.

A very diverse and engaging school

UGA is FULL of school spirit - Go Dawgs! - and provides a decent public education, but is too focused on the football and doesn't pay enough attention or funding to the academics, especially the sciences. It also is not very friendly to outsiders, non-southerners feel out of place.
