What kind of person should attend University of Detroit Mercy?

This is a great school and it is small, which is i like it. also a private school. If you are loving city, this would be the to learn and living the ratio is 14:1. Class rooms are small and you get to know people around you pretty well.

i think that is not that much of a requirement, just maintain a good GPA and be willing to learn and study.

I feel as though the kind of person attending U of D should be able to balance a social life with their academic standing because you have to know how to stay focused. The student should be organized and willing to get involved.

A person looking to have a close relationship with fellow students and the faculty. It is a smaller school and allows for a lot of student/faculty interaction.

Someone who isnt to concerned about price, or about sports. There are sports to watch but there is no football teams, and sports and not a huge focus at this school. Teachers are good, a lot of them are preists, most are very well educated as well. Class rooms are small, and so is the campus. It is in a bad area, but the campus itself is realativly safe. Dorms arent great, but they get the job done. Lots of frats and sororities to choose from as well.

It is a private University with a higher tution rate and a smaller competitive classes. In order to be successful at UDM a person needs to have the condifidence and drive to push themselves in order to pursue their academic goals.
