Someone who is not willing to put forth the effort into their academics. Someone who does not like being around lots of people. Someone who does not like to make friends. Someone who does not like diversity.

Any type of person that doesn't have self-drive or motivation to go beyond what others might think is enough. And people not willing to spend their time working to become greater then just a passing grade. Anyone that doesn't have a plan and is not ready to face the fact that the time for messing around, partying and goofing off is over.

A person that has poor decision making skills would not benefit at University of Central Florida because this school has so many opportunities and if you is not careful he or she could get swept up in the blur and lose academic focus.
Jesse
The University of Central Florida should not be attended by a person who is timid around large groups of people, large open space, or a person who is not financially or academically well-organized because the school is notorious for testing rigorously these faculties.

I think the University of Central Florida is a phenomenal school. Within the next couple of years it will be the most prestigious university in Florida not only for academics but for sports as well. Thus, I believe that a person looking for a small university with no future should not attend UCF. UCF stands for "under construction forever" and opportunity. New buildings are being constructed every year, extending the priceless opportunities for students. UCF is for someone that wants to succeed but needs the guidance and eduation to get there.

It is my personal opinion that there isn't any specific person that shouldn't attend the University of Central Florida. The schools population is up to around 54,000 students and you will never meet any two people that are exactly alike. By that, I mean that there are people from all ethic, cultural, and financial backgrounds. The school is accepting to anyone and everyone, no exceptions. It is the best school around by far, and anyone that attends can astest to that fact.

If you are the type of person who just goes through the motions, and you are only attending college to satisfy some absurd requirement placed upon you by your parents or your peers, and actually have no interest in obtaining an education in a specialized field at all (i.e. you have no idea what to major in), then don't even bother applying to UCF. You should learn to be honest before you can honestly learn.

A person who lacks motivation and the desire to better one's self academically and socially would not succeed at the University of Central Florida. In order to succeed at the University of Central Florida, a person must have integrity, motivation and take accountability for everything they do. A person must treat their academics like it is a full time job and be thankful for the opportunity to take advantage of everything that the University offers. A person who lacks motivation, desire, responsibility and integrity would not succeed.

The University of Central Florida is now the 2nd largest university in the country, so I would have to say first and foremost that the type of person that should not attend this school is one whom desires a small, intimate setting with small class enrollment sizes (under 100 people) and very personal attention given to them by their professors. A person who is not self-motivated enough to make independent decisions and look out for "number one" - themselves, should not attend because there are nearly 60,000 students enrolled. Every one unique with their own dream. Stay well informed!

Students who enjoy a small community feeling or have a strict conservative outlook should not attend the University of Central Florida. I came from a high school with about 2,000 students. Now I attend a college with over 50,000 students, and at first, it was a big transition. Those who have a tough time adjusting to big changes would find themselves like a needle in hay at this school. The population of UCF allows for a very diverse campus, which is great, however those with strict conservative views may find themselves opposing various clubs and activities on campus.
