The most frustrating thing about the University of Central Arkansas has nothing to do with academics - it's the drainage system! Every time it rains the entire campus floods, and I am walking through four inches of water to class. I actually leave my rainboots in my car so I don't risk ever forgetting them. Sitting in class all day with soaking wet feet and pants is not fun.
