Spring Arbor University is unique compared to other schools because of the community that we have here. It is awesome to be in a Christian atmosphere with the opportunity to grow in faith and as a person in general. No matter where one is at spiritually, everyone is welcome.

At Spring Arbor University it's required that you take a Cross Cultural Study trip. When doing this you go to another country and learn more their culture. This experience although I haven't taken it yet, seems as thought it really is a great experience in which one will be able to grow not only in knowledge, but spirtually as well.

When I visited SA's campus, I really felt like that was somewhere I could both study and have a good time. I knew I wanted to be on a Christian campus, but other campus's didn't have this vibe. Upperclassmen asked me about what I wanted to study, there werer tons of people on the yard, and I saw random Bible studies happening everywhere! It was very enouraging.

The most unique aspect to SAU is probably the community. We are very focused on community, and relationships with people and our growing relationship with God. We have mandatory chapel every Monday and Wednesday to feed our spiritual bodies, and many of the students choose to attend small groups or bible studies on campus during the year. I really enjoy the small class sizes on campus. One of my favorite things about the campus is the ability to have deep, though-provoking and vulnerable conversations with my peers on a regular basis. It keeps me going throughout the year.
