Simmons College is an all-women's college.

Not true! Simmons is an all-women's undergraduate college. The graduate school includes men who even live on campus. While the undergradute program only has women in it, there are still plenty of opporutunities to meet kids from other schools, including boys. Simmons has a very welcoming environment for all.

It is absolutely not true! Simmons College is an all female school because it's mission is to empower the woman race. Just because the campus is all female does not mean students who attend it will become lesbians. At Simmons College, we embrace diversity, cultural and sexual orientation differences. The college's main focus is to provide support to its students in anyway it can.

Simmons is a very accepting and diverse school. Percentage wise I wouldn't say we have more lgtbq students, I would say that as a community that we are very accepting and people are free to be who they want to be. I identify as a straight woman but being at Simmons has opened my eyes to all different kinds of communities. And if you're worried about being at an all women's college..Simmons is in Boston there are plenty of opportunities to go out and meet guys!

I think the stereotype of students at Simmons is a diverse community of leaders and career-driven women. We are all here to learn and prepare ourselves, so that once we leave Simmons we will be ready to implement what we have learned and become successful.
