Simmons College Top Questions

I had a couple of reasons for choosing Simmons College. Although I do not consider myself a feminist, the main reason I joined Simmons is because it is an all-girls college. I feel like I'll be more confident in my actions, my speech, and my appearence when I am surrounded my mostly females. Another reason I chose Simmons is because I have always dreamed of going to school on Boston. And Simmons is located right in the heart of Boston. There are a lot of activities and events hosted there on a daily basis.

Simmons College is a small, intimate women's liberal arts school. Simmons is uniquely situated in Boston and has all the perks of a big city, but with a campus so beautiful and green that you can easily forget the city aaround you. The undergraduate program is strong, especially in nursing and it's accelerated programs.

Simmons College is small, so students are able to make a close connection with faculty, staff, and administrators. Our small classes allow the content and type of teaching to be tailored to the students.

The school has so much to offer interms of the academics as well as the location in boston there is so much to do.

My school is an all womens college. It is very open to people with different gender preferences. We have many lesbians.

Simmons College is an all-women's college meaning that leadership roles in the classroom and in campus activities are held by women which provides an exceptionally empowering environment for the female students to freely speak their minds. The students and professors makes Simmons College the special and unique college it is. Everyone wants everyone to succeed which minimizes anyone feeling alone, isolated or left out.
