What kind of person should attend Northwestern University?

It is important to be able to focus on your education but should also be able to use the activities and resources available to them in order to be successful. There are many types of people that attend this school and I believe there is a place for most everyone at this school.

A student that is passionate about his or her future and has multiple interests should attend Northwestern. Primarily, students interested in any artistic or communicative field should attend Northwestern because there is an emphasis on the School of Communication and the Medill School of Journalism. Not to say that the engineering program and science programs are weak, but Northwestern is unique amongst the top level schools in that they offer the best degree for the more liberal of arts. Also, someone excited about activities more than partying. Someone looking to party all four years should avoid Northwestern.

Any type of person can attend this school. There are very outgoing people, greek life and partiers. There are also very cool students that work hard and still party. And there are also students that don't party at all but still have a good time. Overall, I'm happy about the type of students that attend my school. It is ethically diverse as well except there are not very many African Americans.
