Our school is best known for our sense of pride and the operating the largest career fair in the state of North Carolina. We have also been recognized for our outstanding research.

The campus is fairly new, and students are able to live comfortably while learning as much as possible. The school is highly known for the collectiveness, and the jobs that are available after graduation.

We are known for our losing football team. On the bright side we are also know for our frats and sororities.

Our school is probably best known for its band. Our band our of the best in the nation, is usually the highlight of many events. Football games primarily, and many other sports and social events host our band's top performances. The biggest events, where everyone wants to go to, is usually half time at a football game, battle of the bands, or the drumline. Academically, I would say Engineering, being known as the top school for engineers amongst HBCU's; that can easily be changed to be one of the top in the nation, with appropriate funding and resources.
