Absolutely anyone. We have flourishing fraternities and we have plenty of fine arts majors. There is something for everyone and you are guaranteed to fit in somewhere. That's what I love about MTSU.

Anyone who is serious about learning more, having discussions in class, and access to some of the best programs for specialized fields. Anyone who wants to balance social activities with classes, have a big dose of school pride, and have a great experience in college. Also, anyone who loves the color blue... It is everywhere! Overall, this is a great college for most people. You get a small college feeling in a way, but at a large college.

People who are enthusiastic about learning things that they are interested in and can possibly make a career out of. if you are looking for diversity, it is the place to be. It is located in a growing town and most things that goes on revolve around the school. The community is very supportive of the school. You will never feel out of place. There are so many resources located on campus that you should not have a problem with anything.

A person who does not necessarily like the huge class sizes. It would be better if a person were somewhat self sufficint because faculty expects that out of you.

Someone who doesn't mind being with 25,000 other people.

A self starting motivated person would excel at MTSU. Someone with a strong sense of who they are and with the ability to mesh well mwith many different groups is the ideal student for MTSU. A student here should feel comfortable getting involved in many different activities with many diverse groups. An open minded individual that values academic integrity and growth would do best at MTSU!
