I would tell myself to apply to as many scholarships as posible, because even though i can still go to a college without doing so you cannot go where you want. So i would also say, make time to actually look at school options as well, so you will know beforehand exactly where you want to go.

i would give the advice to study hard and stay focused because it is only the end as a senior but the beginning to how successful your life can turn out. Grades and classes do matter as a senior. they open the door to more oportunities to you that students that didnt work hard may have.

The advice I'd give myself is to apply for as many scholarships as I can so I won't have to resort to student loans. Also, if possible, find a way to rent textbooks, considering that you won't even need most of the books later on in life, depending on your major. Persistence is needed when you attend college: there are instances of where you have to be the best that you can be and work efficiently in order to succeed. Always remain on track if you really want that bachelor's degree. Be confident in every single thing you do because optimism is what you're going to need; positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes.

The things I would tell myself if I could go back in time would be: -Don't wait! I waited 5 years after high school to go back to college, and the transition would have been so much easier if I would have went sooner. -Education is important! I would tell myself that in order to have a good dependable job education is the most important and powerful tool. -Believe in yourself! I would tell myself that I can do it! I always wanted to become a nurse, but I didn't have much confidence in myself when I was younger. Now that I am older I know I can become a great nurse if I put my mind to it.

Girl, what do you mean by "life's too good to spend on education"? Education is where it all begins. Take a second look at the option of going into nursing. You will be surprised to discover that it really is what you want to spend your life doing. Your passion for providing care to vulnerable populations is at the very heart of every nurse's job. As you go through nursing school, you will not only learn anatomy, pharmacology and the fundamentals of nursing but also so much about yourself. The drive to reach your educational goal will mold you into an incredible person who is strong and thrives on challenges. At the same time you will develop a devotion for your comunity and a fervor to learn everything medicine has to offer. Science will no longer be a dry subject for you. It will now hold the key to incredible advances and will bring the future into your present. You will make new freindships that will mature and blossom as together you aspire to make a difference in the world through nursing. But all this starts with education. Go on, make it happen!

i would have to tell myself to become better organized. Things in college are only as difficult as you mke them. When you create a time frame for yourself and organize all you have, then everything falls right into place. Many things in college are based on deadlines and you must create a time line accordingly.

I would tell myself to start a good study routine, apply for scholarships and colleges sooner, fill out your FAFSA early in the year you graduate, visit colleges, and take the SAT more than once! College is all about helping yourself understand your work. Sure there are teachers and tutors, but the bulk of the work sits on your shoulders. Applying and getting accepted early keeps you from having to rush getting everything in order before the deadlines. The five P's, Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance, should be your best friend right now Scholarships are the best thing known to man! They are free money! Apply for as many scholarships as you can so all the burden of paying is not on your parents. The FAFSA helps with this too! The sooner it gets done, the earlier you can get some Hope Grant/Scholarship or Pell Grant money! Visiting colleges would help you decide whether you'll be comfortable with the environment and classes. One of the most important things, if not the most important thing, is to take the SAT and score high! That is the reason for taking it early and more than once! Good luck!

the advice i would give to myself would be to buckle down more my jounor year if i had a better gpa that year it would have been easier to apply for scholarships. I would have told myself to take more time to study for my ap tests more for the three year i could take them i attended nine of them. One other word of advice is to quit working senior year and enjoy the last bits of the high school experience that way i could have focused more on getting more scholarships and my grades.

I have gotten alot out of going to college. I am a dual enrolled student and the experience has been unlike anything I've ever experienced. I have realized that life isn't just about high school drama and whats for lunch. I've learned how to really look at life and examine it in the fullest. I enjoy school and love the fact that I'm well on my way to making a better life for myself. I look forward to class and try my hardest everyday. My experience in college has made me realize that my options are endless and I am able to do anything I want. It has made me more independent and confident as a student and as a person.

I entered college two years early. I am a sixteen year old sophmore in college. I feel that entering college early has been a very valuable experiance. Not only have I learned a lot academically, I have learned a lot of life skills while in college. After moving into a college dorm I have learned a lot about responsibility and self discipline. I feel that these life skills along with my college education that I will go far in life and benefit greatly from what I have learned in college.
