Lake Michigan College was a difficult college for me. The advisers who helped us select classes did not correctly protray the classes and even called classes "easy". From personal experience while dual enrolled, the classes were not "easy" for everyone.

Lake Michigan College is a great college to attend. Every professor is willing to teach you and take the time to explain everything you need to know. The people who work there are very sweet and help every student on campus to make their life worth living.

Madison - 01/13/2020

It's a small community college in a little town which makes it perfect for people who want to know how to get around in the first few days. They have three campuses spread throughout southwest Michigan and all are easily accessible. It's a very diverse population but everyone is friendly and helpful.

In my opinion it's a good nearby school to go to if you're trying to save money. It's smart to go to a 2 year college and then transfer. You will save a lot of money. Lake Michigan College is pretty good at working with other schools when it comes to transferring. When it comes to advising, you need to talk with your programs instructor. He or she is the better option to go to. I have noticed the advising office isn't the best. It's also the same with financial aid. Financial aid you need to do your research and be up to date on everything.
