A person who lives in another state should not attend this school. People who are laid back may enjoy it . This is a suit case school so be prepared. A person who does not mind watching a movie and hanging out in the room with friends on a friday night should consider Kutztown University. An ideal Thursday consist of going to the bar and getting drunk just to have fun. If your out-going and want some to experience something new and adverture, this may not be the school for you.

This school. is suddenly attracting many more inner city students then it has in the past. most come to this school because it is a cheaper alternitve to many of the other schools in the area.

In my opinion, students in which have a clear head on their shoulders and a strong desire to good great things with their life should at Kutztown University. Throughout the campus there are many things that can distract students. If an individual does not have enough will power to say no to these activities they could find themselves in trouble fast and sometimes they just cannot get their life back on track. If you are looking for a school that has a strong focus on school work, Kutztown University is NOT for you!

Someone who is out going, that drives and has a car, someone who wants to get involved and give back to the community, someone who doesn't mope around and be a bum, someone very active and loves life, and wants to live life to the fullest.

I would recommend Kutztown to someone who is able to be on their own and enjoys their independance. Its a great place to get involved and make good relationships as well as get a good education. Someone that is only in it for the partys shouldnt come only because they will flunk out in no time. But as long as you can balance your studies with your fun, you'll do just fine. I wouldnt recommend KU to someone who is highly competitve in accademics to the point that they are obsessed. Come with an open mind.
