I love Kent's openess to new ideas, and its drive to open the cultural bounds of the people who start attending here. The Kent Core opens students to differnt religions, politics, and ways of looking at things.

The best thing about Kent State University is the feeling I get while being on campus. With the combination of professors, students, and the stature of the buildings, the campus feels like home to me. I feel welcome to go anywhere on campus to do any of my schoolwork. I also feel welcome to just go anywhere on campus and enjoy the view of campus.

The culture. Kent State University has a wonderful culture around campus, people are generally friendly and will stop to talk to you if you ask them something. There are also a huge amount of exchange students on campus, which gives the school a great deal of cultural diversity.

The best thing about Kent State is the diversity of opportunities on campus. There is something for absolutely everyone in both an academic and social aspect. The majors range from basket weaving to medicine. The clubs range from rugby to knitting and there is never a time when some sort of event is not going on. Kent is the perfect place to grow as an informed, diverse individual and to find a home away from home.

The thing I consider best about my college is the cultural diversity. We have many students from various places all over the world and its amazing that we can interact together like this. It really promotes cultural and religious awareness and makes language learning a blast!

The best thing about Kent State University is the faculty. Between the professors, academic advisors, financial aid advisors and general faculty members, it is really hard to find one that is not friendly and willing to help you with anything you might need. They give great advice and care about each students' needs. I highly recommend this school because of the wonderful faculty.

I think the best thing about Kent State University is the way they challenge me for my major. They make it very competitive, this is good and bad, good in the way that it makes you work harder bad in the way that it makes everything more stressful.

The close proxmity of all of the buildings makes getting to class easy and effecient (especially for multiple classes for the same major) While I have not used them, the tutoring and supplemental instruction options offered are supposedly very helpful, and they are offered for many courses across a multitude of majors.

I think that the best thing about this school is the staff. Since i have been here they have been very friendly and have helped me succeed.
