Kean University Top Questions

The most frustrating thing about Kean is that it is not very much to do on campus. My friends and I hang out and make out own fun, but most times it is hard to find something interesting to do on campus. Also there is not much "school spirit" at Kean University. I wish students had more of want to be involved with the school. It seems like all people want to do is go to class and then get out as fast as they can.

Dealing with the administration offices when you first come to the school.

The financial aid office would be the most fustrating thing about this school. They have trouble contacting you when something is missing or when changed are made to your account. If you do not go follow up with them on a constant base then you will have trouble with your account.

I would say the most frustrating thing about all public universities is the fact that everyone gives you the run around when trying to get answers or help. Also a BIG problme that exist in public universities is the lack or improper advisement for students which can stop the student from graduating on time.

The administrators at Kean University are very unorganized and disconnected from one another. There has been plenty of times students complained about their documents being lost by some office or another, or the in the mail. The mailing system is very delayed. The offices take extremely long to process paperwork and such.

Lack of organization.

I would say the only thing that frustrates me about my school (Kean University) is the fact that parking is hard to come by. Other than that, its all smooth sailing.

To get questions answered, you often have to go to a bunch of places before you can get a definate answer.
