Those who should not attend this school are those who wish to live on a big campus or attend a university with a lot of parties on campus. While IPFW has some social activities it is mostly a commuter college.

Those that decide that they aren't going to do the work.

Anyone whom is easily distracted and not self-motivated should stay far away from this school as they will most certainly fail. Furthermore, anyone whom thrives in small class size situations should not consider this university as the student will not obtain the support of the faculty.

Someone looking for the full college experience: fraternities, sororities, sports, clubs, life-time friends, etc. should not attend this school. The main focus is on academics.

People who want the traditional campus experience. This is a community campus and is expanding rapidly but not a traditional school.

In my opinion, someone that wants to be near a big city, or have the typical college life should not go here. This is more of a commuter college that is turning into a more dorm-orriented college.

If you are a serious but down to earth person who is ready to live outside of the box just a little , then this school is definately for you.

Anyone who expects to learn alot from their professors. Many are just staffed and not qualified. Many have too many political opionions that are expressed instead of actually teaching. If you are conservative just know that this college is not accepting of that (but then again which are?)

i dont think there is a type that shouldnt, there are many diff. types here and no one seems to be singled out.
