The first piece of advice I would give myself is that going to a small school is ok,it doesn't make you a failure . Just because you might not be starting off at a large school like all of your other friends doesn't mean you won't get there. The second piece of advice i would give myself is to stay focus. Don't let going to a small school make you lazy and don't wait until the last minute to study or pull your grades up. If you start strong then you'll finish strong. Always study and always have confidence in yourself to know that you will get to a four year school in time when you're ready. And the last piece is to believe in yourself ,no matter how you feel about the situation stay true to yourself and believe that it will happen in due time.

I would tell myself to leave home , to not stay home for the sole reason of wanting to stay with a boyfriend. I would tlel myself its okay to be scared but you have to leave the nest and force yourself to grow up and that its worth the experience. I would tell myself its going to be okay and to buckle down in school so i can have as many options as possible. I would tell myself to try hard and give school my all and not waste money or time.

The first piece of advice I'd give myself would be to not graduate early. Although graduating early has it benefits, starting college fresh in the fall when everybody is new leaves an much larger, open window for first-time-together opportunities. I'd also tell myself to care a little more. High school was easy and I never had to study to get that "A" and it didn't prepare to even know how to study in college.

I would tell myself that you need to learn study skills because college is not comparable to high school. Decide what degree you want, and stick with it, even though it gets hard sometimes. Life will happen, but roll with the dice and hang in there. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to, and don't be afraid to dream big!

If I could go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior I'd tell myself to slow down, don't be in such a hurry to grow up, and to just follow the instructions. I wish I knew then what I know now! If do-overs were provided by the universe I would've avoided taking on too much responsiblity at my job so that I could've spent more time at school. I was in such a hurry to be an adult and I didn't understand the importance of obtaining a college education. I actually thought I would be happier without a college degree. The brief time I did spend in college, prior to attending Georgia Highlands College, I assumed the work required to pass a class would be too much for me to accomplish. Now I realize that by simply following the instruction given by my instructors, I can not only pass but excel!

I would tell myself to enjoy my life as it is, because everything is about to change. Enjoy the simple things, such as sleeping in your own bed, ,or having free time. I would tell myself to remember that no matter what, school comes first. Education is what is needed in todays world in order to achieve success.

The advice that i would give myself is to always focus on grades and to start the college search early. applying early is also a good bit of advice i would give myself when it comes to getting ready for college. I would also tell myself to not take a year off because it really affects what knowledge you retain once you graduated high school. Grades follow you when you go to college so i would be sure to tell myself that putting in the extra effort goes a long way when it comes to doing college level work. I would also tell myself that when it comes to getting stuff done you hav to figure it out for yourself and that college is not like high school where there is someone to hold your hand every step of the way.

If i could rerospect my high school years and give myself advice, I would study more and surround myself with more positive people. I would obtain a social life, so that i would have a more connection with people and study groups. My studying for test and upcoming events or projects and be prepared for college. I would have been more attenative in class and on top of everything. I would have played more sports and just had fun. My family was there for me and i wouldn't have changed it for nothing. I would had beenready for what life throws at me, If I done all these things, I believe my college career would have been bigger and better. But I don't have any regrets and appericate everyhing that has happened. I found a great college and love everything about it.

Knowing what i do know as a college student that has completed a semester of classes, there are a few things i would have liked to know before starting college. i would have takin more time and started earlier looking into colleges and gettin prepaird. i have always been a good student and have had the strenght to study and work hard in high school, but college is different you have to have belife and faith in your self that you can do it and you are smart enough. life is very competive now in the work force and you really need a college degree to get you through life.
