There's very little diversity. The university puts on several events related to religious and racial diversity, but they don't appear to be making changes aimed at diversifying the student body itself. I have witnessed too many racist, sexist, or generally ignorant remarks from other students.

The worst thing about GCSU is the weekend activity. Most students go home or to other schools during the weekend leaving the campus pretty empty most weekends.

As a student who has trouble communicating and showing my personality, it is very hard to go to a small school. I find that at Georgia College and State University, there are many cliques. As someone who did not join a sorority, I have had a very hard time making friends. I also feel many students have found their friends and they are not as open to making new friends. Unfortunatly, I struggle through depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder and the transition into college is very hard. Focasing on succeeding in classes is very comforting to me.

The worst thing about my school is they need to open more classes for their students. There are so many classes in which students don't get to take because they end up filling up even before they get to register. This then can cause major problems later down the road.

The worst thing about my school is the registration process. It is very rushed and stressful and there are not enough seats available for the amount of students that need to take certain classes.

The worst thing about my school is that the student body is about 70{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} female, so it makes it difficult to meet many guys. For example, the brother fraternity to my sorority is less than half of our size, so we cannot do many activities with them since we outnumber them so drasticly.

The worst thing about my school is probably that we don't have a football team. I really love sports and the fact that our school doesn't have top division sports is definitely something I feel we should have. I feel like it would bring more spirit to our school. I think that our school would definitely grow if sports were a bigger focus.

The worst thing about the school are the resources availbe to students in the surrounding community. The school is located in a very small town and there are not many resturants, shopping, or things to do. It is definitely an adjustment coming from a big city or the suburbs, but after a few months you find things to do and you realize you don't need all those things that you are use to.

I think the only bad thing about this school is the food in the cafeteria. I know personally it has not been my ideal choice, and the school forces freshman to have a meal plan. I feel obligated to eat there because my parents have to pay for the plan but I must say, it is not my preference of food.

The worst thing about my school is that I feel as if most of the teachers don't care about their students and just blow them off as if they don't mean anything to them, or it doesn't matter if they learn or not, or what they get in their class that ends up affecting their GPA.
