I believe anyone can attend this school that strives for an extrordinary education and is always open and willing to learn. Florida International University has such a wide variety of majors and programs that can accomodate to anyones desires to a successful life. It is very diverse and allows students an oppurtunity to meet new people from different backgrounds and cultures. If you're the type of person that is open for change and wants something new and diverse, I do believe you are the type of person that should attend this school.

This school, I believe has a bigger emphasis on business, engineering, and science majors then on other majors, so I reccomend it more for students who are in those majors. This school is not easy, it is challenging, therefore students that are foused in school and make it their number one priority should attend this school. In regards to race, ethnicity, and religion; this school is very multi cultural, hence it is open to a all type of backgrounds.

really anyone it is great and fun but for someone like me it can sometimes be distant because i live so close by if you really want to get into the school try living on campus and the honors colledge it makes it easier to integrate and appreciate where you are going and not just seem like a school.

Someone who doesn't mind the lack of a big social scene on campus. It is primarily a commuter school and no matter how many times they try to rectify that, it is still a commuter school. It's dead on the weekends and very often during the week as people usually part-time it and go to work as well.
