Nothing historical happened here and it is an open campus so roam around like you own the place. Go to your department area and TALK to people because we want to talk to you! If you dont like FIU once youre here, you can always transfer. If you stay, you can save a truckload of cash over UM. The cafeteria is actually REALLY good for a college cafeteria....which is good because by the time you find a parking space, you will be dehydrated and hungry. Overall the only thing I really hate is the administration.

if you haven't noticed i really love FIU, in spite of some of the frustrations, i haven't had abad enough experience to make me dislike the school. but when its over and done with boy, will you be glad.

FIU has so much potential, but its not taken to its advantage due to bad prioritization, the fact that its a commuter school, and low school spirit in general.
