Get involved. Get involved. I'll say it again, get involved. There's plenty to do on campus (and this is the time where I pitch Greek Life). Fraternities and Sororities have more activities than any other organization on campus. Sports, socials, community service, philanthropic events, formals, etc etc etc, and you can gain an immense amount of experience dealing with how organizations run, how to hold positions, communication, leadership, and it pretty much provides more networking than you ever need. Enough said.

A lot of different backgrounds... rich kids to kids paying their own way... everyone is down to earth though.

very diverse. although i am a mechanical engineer i do not spend much time with other engineers. i spend most of my time with other fraters from my fraternity. the teachers though it is best to be close with and see them on a regular basis which i agree you should do.

The student body here is very diverse. There are a lot of South and East Asian people here, but I guess that is expected with it being an Engineering school. Most students here come from middle class families.

Lauren

Every type of student can be found at Drexel, and I don't think that anyone would ever feel "out of place".
