I would explain to myself that procrastinating is not the answer. When you need to get something done then you do it, don't try to push it off for another day. Also apply for every scholarship you possibly can but don't get your feelings hurt if you dont get them. Theres nothing wrong with trying. You should also go visit Coastal as soon as possible to get everything started and start saving money now because I can't even explain how high the prices are. One last thing always believe in yourself, things might not seem like they are going to work out but in the end they all work out for the best.

I would tell my senior self to focus on scholarships and college applications, because if you don't your going to regret it. Also, don't miss freshman orientation otherwise you're going to be lost and confused in the school and also the transition process. Don't worry about the friends you won't see anymore, because I gaurntee you'll make plenty of friends.

Senior year was supposed to be the highlight of my high school career, but when things went downhill after doing major damage to my GPA as a dual-enrollment student, productive advice was all I needed. If I were to go back in time, I would tell myself to really take in what my teachers have always told me, and to appreciate everything they do. The most accurate statement I have been told is that college is nothing like high school. Professors care about their students, but they do not have the time to spoon feed anyone, so do not make them feel like they need to. Do not be afraid to talk to them if you are struggling, either, because they are there to help you reach your full potential. Also, grades mean everything, so strive for the highest. Be punctual when it comes to class, attentive during lectures, and perform work at your highest level. Finally you are ultimately responsible for the course of your future so have fun, but take it serious, because college is the next step to fulfilling your dreams.

1. Research EVERY AND ALL scholarships in your down time. It is worth it when you finally get the letter in the mail that you qualified for a $500 or $1000 scholarship and WON! 2.Be prepared for registration by reading up on everything you will need and bring it with you even if you doubt you need it. Get your books early as possible after you have registered for your classes - the sooner you get them, the less time you have to worry IF you will get them in time for your class. 3.Be sure to read your books prior to the first day of class! The more you know stepping into the classroom for the first time, the better prepared you are for what the instructor has to say. 4. Always have extra paper, pens/pencils, white-out ribbon, and a thumb drive!
