Central Piedmont Community College Top Questions

What do you consider the worst thing about Central Piedmont Community College? Why?

Matthew

Even though the school's diversity is the institution's strength, the student body is also a weakness. Too often, I feel as if I am only challenged by my professors because there are too many students are not driven to perform well academically. CPCC is a route to a greater education, and I wish more students saw that.

I do not like the size of the school and want to be at a university because being from out of state when I first started, it was harder to make friends with people since most already went to high school together. Plus, I just like bigger classes in general.

Preston

The worst thing about my school would have to be the system for turning in work. When ever something has to be turned in online it always has to be at midnight. This was hard for me since I wouldnt get off of work until 11:30-11:45pm. If I didnt have the work done early enough it would be turned in late or incomplete. I would have made things easier if the work was due befire class began. If the school had done that it may have been a little easier for other students and myself.

Jessica

Central Piedmont Community College needs more entertainments around school area for more funding and the entertainment can keep the students entertain.

It is very difficult to be sure that you are taking the right classes. Your advisor is listed on your transcript but is not always the same each year.

Robert

The worst thing about my school would have to be the fact that it's a community college. Reason being is that the students don't grasp the full college experience that every high school graduate looks forward to. Living on campus and being arounds thousands of people percieving the same goal is mainly known to be the thrill of the college experience.
