What's unique about your campus?

Nicole

Cal State San Bernardino is a beautiful campus and has great faculty. My professors were enthusiastic and thouroughly enjoyed teaching. The psychology department was very helpful with any questions I had about working towards graduation. Even as an alumni I still am connected to the school through internships and assisting in research. My mentor is extremely helpful, in that I am still deciding on a graduate program. A majority of the faculty here is willing to assist you in furthering your education and aquiring your goals. The friendly faculty here is what made my experience at CSUSB great!

The best thing about my school would have to be the leadership opportunities available. Greek life at Cal State changed my college experience. By being Greek I am opened up to a different experince entirely. I have the opportunity to make life-long firned, raise money for great causes, take on leadership roles, as well as influence my academics, in a positive way. Also, I do admire out schools Santos Manuel Student Union.

The location! I worked full-time in Fontana and lived in Colton at the time...and, the university flexible schedule allowed me the opportunity to squeeze in my classes around my work schedule.

Efficiency is key here at CSUSB. Facilities are well managed, up-to-date, and very clean; different technologies are readily available; and the overall campus is simple and easy to navigate around. Even through the current economic crisis, I have never had a problem getting the classes I need. I'm a busy person. I need to be in and out of places quickly as I have other priorities (work, family, etc.) to attend to. Though many students, including myself, are seemingly uninvolved on campus, I appreciate how well the school accomodates my hectic lifestyle.

What I consider the best thing about my school are the people in general, putting emphasis on the professors. So far attending my college classes the discussions that take place in the classroom have helped me open up my mind and begin to think about my life, others and situations around the world. Along with that the friends I have met around campus are simply amazing and I like the fact they have goals in life and strive to be successful. So we have something in common and are positive influences on each other's lives.

The best thing about California State University San Bernardino is the diversity of people, events, and classes on campus. There are quite a few activities that students can participate in especially the sororities and fraternities. Many of the classes on campus have engaging professors rather than those that manage to quickly lose the students attention.
