The best thing about this school is the activities they have all over the school. Everyday there is something that one can do. There are intramurals, movies in the afternoon, game room at the union, community service, events, etc. One can keep busy at the school if they know what they are looking for.

Everytime I come to school I feel like I belong there because I see all the other students just as eager as I am to learn something knew everyday. I feel like I am at home. Although it is hard sometimes to keep up with school work and things outside of school, I always see smiles everywhere I go. This school gives me the desire to learn more and more every new day at school.

The nothern californian atmosphere and the intellectual professors. The university is very student friendly and extremely easy to get around.

I loved my major; Recreation Administration. The professors were great and encouraged interactions between students and teachers. I got to know each of my professors personally and they knew me. They cared about the classes they taught and their students. The professors were understanding if an assignment couldn't be turned in on time and made themselves available through office hours and after classes. The whole department worked together; professors wouldn't have something be due if a large assignment in another class is due on that day. The professors showed respect to each other and the various concentrations.
