I hate the automated systems I encounter whenever I call offices on campus. It usually takes 10-12 steps and extensions until I can leave a message for my advisor and often the system just hangs up on me before I get there. I try to email but ususally my questions are not answered nearly as fast as if I could just ask a department's receptionist something.

The teachers and professors appear to care more about their schedules and the money they "aren't" making than the students and the students needs. Unfortunately this means it's difficult to know where you are grade wise and how to improve if you aren't doing well as many professors simply refuse to reply to emails and phone calls.

The most frustrating thing about school is the first year. Coming into my first year of college I was worried I would not be able to balance school, work, and a social life. Now that I am on my second year looking back I see how I stressed myself out, making things more difficult. I did not have to sacrifice as much as I thought I did and I ended my first year with good grades, a good job, and close friends.

One of the most frustrating things about my school is that the waiting list to get into classes are long and sometimes you don't even get in and there is also a problem with outgoing traffic. Outgoing traffic as mentioned is terrible if you are trying to hit I-90 West or just 148th.
