Aurora University has a small hometown feel environment nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The university offers excellent courses and great schedules for both the full-time student or someone who wants to obtain their higher education among adults. Someone who really wants to do well academically and have small classes with awesome teachers. I don't really feel like the social environment is very "college-like" but the academics makes up for the lack of social opportunities. I am a transfer student so my views on social opportunities is very different from that of a freshman because the school has many extra "freshman only" social programs.
