The Leo W. and Alberta V. Thomas Utz Scholarship – Science is a scholarship in the amount of $4,000 year for up to four consecutive years to students who are pursing undergraduate or graduate degrees in Science. Renewal is conditional upon maintenance of a GPA of 3.25 based on a 4.0 scale used by the educational institution.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Scholarship for Cancer Survivors
The Bristol-Myers Squibb Scholarship For Cancer Survivors provides assistance to cancer survivors who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Applicants should be age 25 and under, high school seniors or current postsecondary undergraduates. Up to 25 students will receive $10,000 scholarships.
NAACP’s Agnes Jones Scholarship
The NAACP Agnes Jones Jackson Scholarship honors its namesake who was a long time member from the San Francisco branch with up to 40 scholarships for graduating high school seniors, undergraduate and graduate students based on GPA and financial need.
NSLS Living Leadership Scholarship
The Advanced Leadership Certification explores topics like Diversity of Styles, Emotional Intelligence, and Leveraging Your Strengths while also outlining how to identify and secure a mentor. Students also acquire the skills needed to navigate the challenging situations. For this award, 5 members will each receive a $1,000 scholarship.
National Technical Honor Society Scholarship
This $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to two (2) qualified FCCLA members, who are also current members of the National Technical Honor Society. Recipients will be selected based on their contribution and leadership within Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, as well as the National Technical Honor Society.
Jon H. Poteat Scholarship
Named in honor and memory of NTHS Co-Founder, the Jon H. Poteat Scholarship is reserved exclusively for currently enrolled secondary and postsecondary NTHS members in an active chapter. On June 1, NTHS will award 250 $1,000 JHP Scholarships to eligible members. The application is open from September 1 – May 1.
FCCLA Memorial Scholarship
Applicants should be FCCLA members who exhibit outstanding leadership, community service, and demonstrate well-roundedness through various activities. A one-time scholarship award of $2,500 will be payable directly to the college or university they are enrolled in for the fall semester. Funds must be toward education expenses.
Taking Down Tobacco Trainer of the Year Scholarship
FCCLA is a Career and Technical Student Org. People join the FCCLA to expand their leadership potential and life skills. FCCLA partners with Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids for this $1,000 award. It goes to one member who engaged in these programs and highlights the advocacy skills they grew from the trainings in an essay.
Scholarship America Dream Award
The Dream Award recipients must have completed at least their first year of their college education, have a significant financial need, and have overcome obstacles through sheer determination. Dream Award Scholars follows their passions in industries such as science, language, social justice, entrepreneurship or public service.
Too Cool to Pay for School Scholarship
