The Safety in North Carolina Scholarship is available for residents of North Carolina currently enrolled at an accredited college, university, or graduate program in the United States.
Ross Skelton Memorial Scholarship
The Ross Skelton Memorial Scholarship is available for U.S. high school seniors and undergraduate students who have been diagnosed with cancer. Applicants must be majoring in engineering and must reside in or attend school in North or South Carolina.
Cancer for College Carolinas Scholarship
The Cancer for College Carolinas Scholarship is available for U.S. high school seniors and undergraduate students who have been diagnosed with cancer. Applicants must reside in or attend a college or university in North or South Carolina.
Couch Oil Cares Scholarship
This scholarship is available for high school seniors in the following NC counties: Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston, Nash, Wilson, Alamance, Chatham, Franklin, Granville, Person and Caswell. Applicants must be accepted to and registered with an accredited college or university in the U.S.
Winston-Salem Foundation Scholarship
This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who attend a Forsyth County high school and reside in The Winston-Salem’s Foundation service area. Students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and demonstrate outstanding leadership, school service, and community involvement.
Jonathan LaRon Skinner Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is open to African-American high school seniors who attend a Forsyth County (NC) high school and reside in The Winston-Salem Foundation’s service area. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need.
Shaun Edward Stewart Scholarship
This scholarship is open to high school seniors who attend a Forsyth County high school and reside in The Winston-Salem Foundation’s service area. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher; demonstrate outstanding leadership, school service, and community involvement; and demonstrate financial need.
Bruce Shelton Scholarship
This scholarship is open to high school seniors at Forsyth County (NC) public high schools who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and are ranked in the top 25 percent of their class. Students must also demonstrate athletic excellence, social responsibility, and leadership.
