Graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or current college students between the ages of 17 and 30 in Orange County who wish to pursue a career in the field of restaurant or hotel management are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate financial need, demonstrate financial need, and enroll full time.

International and U.S. students enrolled in a North American institution who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and are majoring in food science, chemical science, biological science, or a related area and have a demonstrated interest in confectionery technology are eligible to apply.
Vince DeFinis Scholarship Program
This award is for U.S. students who are currently enrolled full time in an accredited hospitality or related program. Students must have completed 60 credit hours and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
International Foodservice Editorial Council Student Scholarship
