Tennessee Promise Scholarship: This last-dollar scholarship covers tuition and fees for recent high school graduates attending one of Tennessee’s 13 community or applied technical colleges. Nashville Songwriting Scholarship: The Nashville Songwriting Scholarship awards a scholarship of $5,000 to an aspiring songwriter. International Merit Scholarships: This scholarship provides international students interested in attending East Tennessee State University with merit scholarships up to $9.000 per year. To be eligible, recipients must have at least a 3.0 grade point average.
